I like to think it turned out quite well!
Though there's still lots of room to improve.
Yes, as I neglected to mention I was fortunate enough to get a Wacom Tablet for Christmas that came bundled with Photoshop Emements 6 as well as quite a few other photo edting software.

Fun times.
