Another Art 12 Assignment, one which I am quite pleased with the results.
It's a portrait of my 'Big Gay Waifu', Luke.
He was sitting straight across from me when I started this, so I had lots of time to stare at him.
It's doesn't look exactly like him, as I'm still quite poor at realism, but apparently it looks enough like him for everyone I've shown it to, to recognize him, so that's a step in the right direction.

It kind of seems like maybe you weren't aiming for realism... and caricatures are a separate entity altogether!
I obviously don't know this fellow, but I could tell that I might. My only criticism might be in the fact that his head appears a tad flat/smooshed or something.
